By accessing orynxrobotics.com or booking an engineering discovery session with Orynx Robotics (Mohamed Karim Ziadi Investment S.O.C), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
2. Intellectual Property
All site content, including WebRTC dynamic teleoperation interfaces, custom micro-ROS architecture schematics, ROS 2 algorithms, branding marks, and Maha Bot visual assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of Orynx Robotics. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. Technical Consultations & Scope
Information presented on this website or discussed during initial discovery calls is intended for preliminary planning and project scoping. Formal integration guarantees, cycle times, payload limits, and safety compliance are strictly governed by binding commercial proposals, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) contracts executed between the parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Orynx Robotics is not liable for facility downtime, safety interlock breaches, or operational losses resulting from unauthorized third-party modifications to control software, PLCs, or robotic arm safety zones performed outside our official commissioned scope of work.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any legal disputes arising from website usage or preliminary engagements fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Muscat.
